I work with adults and couples navigating the complexities of life, whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, facing relationship challenges, dealing with stress or burnout, or managing a major life transition. With a background in human resources, I also specialize in helping individuals manage corporate and workplace stress, offering tools to handle pressure, improve work-life balance, and cope with career transitions. My goal is to help you find clarity, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections with yourself and others as we uncover the roots of your challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, polyvagal theory, self-compassion, and the Gottman Method for couples, I use a holistic and integrative approach. This includes tailoring the therapeutic work to meet your unique needs, helping you manage immediate challenges while building a foundation for long-term well-being.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is helping clients rediscover their inner strength and self-awareness. If you’re ready to explore, heal, and grow, I am here to walk alongside you on this courageous journey toward a brighter future.
