Kristine is an integrative, heart-centered practitioner who blends acupuncture, BodyTalk, and energy medicine to support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. She works with people who feel the effects of stress in their bodies and are seeking care that eases both physical tension and emotional load, helping the nervous system reset and restore balance over time.
Treatment Style: Kristine’s approach is gentle, intuitive, and nervous-system-focused, offering space for the body to release at its own pace. Each session is personalized, combining acupuncture, BodyTalk, and lymphatic drainage as needed that day to support flow, ease pain, and help the body feel lighter and more grounded.
