Dr. Felisha A. Sharma is a registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist who received her PsyD in Counselling Psychology from City, University of London, in the United Kingdom. She provides psychological assessment and treatment services to adults and has particular experience supporting individuals with anxiety, panic, OCD, trauma and PTSD, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
Her integrative approach draws from CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and body-based practices, with assessment and treatment tailored to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. She also provides psychological assessment and return-to-work support.
Dr. Sharma’s professional background includes psychological treatment and assessment within the National Health Service in London, United Kingdom, as well as group facilitation focused on assertiveness and mindfulness. She has a particular interest in trauma-informed care and working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and minority communities. She is registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
Outside of work, Dr. Sharma enjoys spending time with her puppy, Archie, and her family, along with paddleboarding, yoga, and baking for loved ones.
